Systems Engineer

The Job

You will be responsible for the design, installation and support of proposed IP network, Security Systems according to solution requirements in meeting customer needs. Participate in presales engagement activity and assist with the formulation of sales proposals; and familiar with role and responsibility in responding to RFP/RFI. Conduct testing and proof of concept task. Plan and perform project deployment roll up including site survey, installation and UAT till project closure. Provide administrative training to customer on operation and maintenance needs. Provide first & second level support to IP network and security related problems. Formulate escalation action plan and follow up proactively until problem resolution. Create and maintain site specific network and system configuration documents for post implementation support.

Requirements 

  • Minimum 3 years of managing system experience with a Diploma in Computer/Network Engineering at least
  • Possess MCSA, MCSE preferred
  • Experience in Industrial Ethernet & Enterprise Network & system design and implementation

Technical Support Supervisor

You will lead a team of engineers/assistant engineers to plan and execute maintenance work diligently. Ensure all customers complaints and service requests are attended to promptly and in compliance with Service Level Agreement. Ensure projects and services are delivered and completed on time. Liaise with suppliers/contractors to support engineers/technicians on site supports if necessary. Co-ordinate and liaise with principals and customers to support engineers/assistant engineers on technical matters on products, systems and installations.
